Welcome to Singles Mingles Australia ABN 92 959 081 392 ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing and using our website (http://www.singlesmingles.com.au) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide a valid email address and phone number.
• Have a valid payment method (e.g., credit/debit card).
• Agree to these terms and conditions.

Any breach or violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You agree not to provide or use false identifying information such as a name, email address, or any other relevant contact information.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Singles Mingles Australia organises events and sells tickets for social events for singles. We communicate with you via the email address and/or phone number you provide.

When you make a purchase with Singles Mingles Australia through this website or third-party registration websites, you agree to enter into a contract with us and be bound by these terms and conditions. All sales are final and subject to availability. Payment must be completed for a purchase to be confirmed. You accept full responsibility for tracking any changes to event details such as time and cancellation. We reserve the right to change or cancel a service in the event of any technical error or unforeseen circumstance.

Your full name will be required, and you may be asked to produce a current photo ID for entry. In cases where physical tickets are needed, they must be presented at the event. Lost tickets can be reissued via email upon proof of identity and advance notice.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. 

We accept credit card payments, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Receipts will be provided for all purchases. Your credit card details will not be stored by Singles Mingles Australia. All tickets purchased using a credit card are processed at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate information. Notify us at info@singlesmingles.com.au within 24 hours if you need to correct any booking details.

We reserve the right to change or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided unless stated otherwise in these terms. We may, at our absolute and sole discretion, add, withdraw, vary, reschedule, or substitute venues, prices, seating arrangements, ticket categories, and venue capacity. In such circumstances, we are not liable for your direct or indirect loss, or to refund any tickets or portions of tickets, nor will we be liable for any other damage, loss, expense, loss of time, disappointment, inconvenience, or any other consequential loss suffered by you. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for events at this time.

If a refund has been agreed upon by Singles Mingles, a service fee will be applied to the refunded amount.

We will not take any responsibility for any restrictions, errors, omissions, and changes to the event relating to Covid-19. We reserve the right to make changes as deemed necessary without penalty, and in such situations, no refunds, part refunds, or alternative offers shall be made unless otherwise stipulated within the terms and conditions for the event. If you are unable to attend any event due to COVID-19, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to remove or ban individuals who pose a danger, cause damage to people or property, are abusive or threatening in any way, or engage in illegal or disruptive behavior at our events or online. No refunds will be issued in such cases. We reserve the right to immediately cancel your booking without paying you any refund whatsoever and, in our absolute discretion, to ban you from any future Singles Mingles Australia event bookings.

1. The nature of some activities you may choose to participate in during our event may involve a significant degree of personal risk. You accept and agree that you participate in all activities voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
2. You agree that any event, facility, or activity provided by a third party is operated under the provider’s own terms and conditions and that it is your responsibility to make yourself aware of those terms and conditions and to accept and adhere to them.

We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and payment details to process your orders and communicate with you.

Your information is strictly confidential and will not be shared or sold. We may use it to send you upcoming events or important updates.

Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@singlesmingles.com.au within 30 days of the event.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control.

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Singles Mingles Australia regarding our services.
